Biography of Dennis Key, Musical Artist and Writer

From his roots as a child born in Pensacola, Fl in 1964, he was inspired during his school days by bands such as Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Aerosmith, Rainbow, BB King, Carlos Santana, Alvin Lee of "Ten Years After", Johnny Winter, Rick Derringer, and of course Jimi Hendrix.

In taking the incentive to listen, study and soak up the soul knowledge of the legends that inspired him as a child, he realized there was a market for the very real life he lives, since age 12 Dennis has written his own material, played Rhythm and Lead Guitar and sang Lead Vocals with his main goal being to perform live. His open-minded love for all kinds of music such as Blues, Classical, Metal, Gospel, Soul, Country and Jazz has given him an edge on reality to bring forth a "Melting Pot" of Original Songs. His music is a portrayal of High Fidelity Rock-N-Roll with A Modern Day Alternative Sound. During the 70's, 80's, 90's and late 2009 his Three Piece Bands have opened for National Acts, Large Festivals and State Fairs.

While Dennis has written and Produced many of his Albums and CD's he also enjoys living the Private side of life out in the Countryside in the Southern US where he concentrates on song writing and recording for the Music Industry as he has Performed for well over 30 years.
