You can only use my dings for free on your own personal layouts, you may NOT make elements for others to download without paying the fee of $5.

You may NOT include them on a CD that you'll sell without a fee to me.

If you're using my stuff on your commercial site or for any commercial use it will cost you $5.00 per font or ding. Contact me for more information if there's something you're wondering about.
