I like Bernie's challenges! And a trip to IM is always an adventure.
This is the original image she posted. It looks good on a white bg, but not so good on black. I was looking for a way to clean it up, and not having much luck. I comped it on a black bg, flopped it and comped it again. Then decided to see what some of the effects would do - clicked on TINT under F/X! WOWZER! Looky! I don't have any similar graphics to test using tint, but I bet ya'll do. And I'm not sure it will work as well on something with a transparent bg. I tried it on the gif and this was the result. Not sure what's up with those 2 lines at the top, but you might be able to get rid of them at gifworks. I cropped off some of the bottom, & here are a few decorated images I played with before I settled on #3 - also at the top of the page. #1 #2 #3 Feel free to sang them if you like 'em. Just don't post the image urls in other groups - post this lesson, so folks can LEARN! Have FUN! |
