As I only speak English, your website needs to be in English, have an English version or a translator present on your pages.

To get a really good taste of what your site is about, I'd like to see at least 10 pages of content. (By real content, I mean something you wrote, and not guestbooks, links, award pages etc. I want to see that you have made an effort to provide some entertainment for your visitors, and encourage their return.)

Unfortunately, I can not consider any site that require a password to view certain parts of the site for my award.

Because I uphold the principals of COPPA, I am looking for sites that get a green light with surf safe or IRCA and have the appropriate pics meta labels. As a result sites dealing with pornography, violence, child abuse, animal abuse, hate, politics, racism, illegal activities cannot be considered.

A webmaster that has serious intentions in winning awards has a special Awards section to display the awards won.

Bandwidth stealing is seriously frowned upon, so make sure everything is hosted on the same server.
