Who Was That Person That Visited My Web Page?

Unfortunately the links are outdated

How would you like to know who, when and where that someone visited (hit) a particular web page of yours?  Well if you visit this www.whirlycott.com/freecgi/ site just fill in the text windows and read the page.

Below is a message that I receive when some hits a particular page of mine.  If their ISP uses a proxy server, like WebTV does, then it makes it a little harder to identify exactly where and who they are because several people can use the same exact IP [internet protocol] at the same time.

If you want more of an email address then take the IP [internet protocol], in this case the IP is 63.66.233.26, to this site. Everything below is just as I received the "hit message" except I put XXXXX's where the file directory is of the URL that was visited.
