This is what we will be making.

Supples Needed:

PSP

Tube of your choice

1) Open your tube in PSP, duplicate it then close the original. Resize the tube to 300h.

2) Edit / Copy

3) Open an new image 1024w X 300h (or 1280w x 300h)

4) Selections / Select All

5) Edit / Paste / Paste Into Selection. Deselect.

6) Layers/ New Raster Layer

7) Pick a light color from your tube flood fill your new layer

8) Layers / Arrange / Send To Bottom

9) Layers / Merge All (Flatten)

10) Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling, apply default settings.

11) Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur @40%

12) Adjust / Add Remove Noise / Add Noise use these settings

Gaussin - 40% - Monochrome checked

13) Effects / Texture / Fine Leather apply these settings

14) Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen. Do this two times.

15) Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling. Apply the same settings as in #10

Optional: If the background is to dark you can lower the opacity then merge all flatten to make it text friendly.

16) Activate your tube then Edit / Copy

17) On your background Edit / Paste As A New Layer

18) Using the mover tool move it to the far left of your background.

19) Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow apply these settings

Repeat with Vertical @1 and Horizontal @ -1

20) Layers / New Raster Layer Add watermark

21) File / Export / JPEG Optimizer

That's all. You are now ready to take it to Letter Creator. This is solely my creation any similarities is purely coincidental.
