    OK, here's the correct way to "bounce" an email, or post.
When you bounce an email your trying to view the codes that made up the email signature. Or looking for "header's" so if you get "spam" or junk mail you can turn them in.

    1. First, forward the email or post to yourself.

    2. Next, put your own email address on the "TO" line.

    3. Next, (on the next page that comes up) delete everything from         the subject line

    4. Next move the cursor to the body of the email.

   5. Next, click the "return" key 2 times.

   6. Next, press your alt-key and your "Z" key, making a § mark.

   7. Next, press your CMD-Key, and you "A" key, this should        highlight the §.

   8. Next, press your CMD-Key and your "X" key, this will move the        cursor right up under your subject line.

   9. Next, move your cursor up, into the subject line.

  10. Next, press your CMD-Key and your "V" key, This will make        the § mark appear and move down the subject line.

 11. Next, click the "send" button, when the email comes back to        you, all the codes will be there for you to look at. Kid
