| A winter's scene in the magestic Scottish Highlands. Buachaille Etive Mor is one of the largest in the Highland region at 3345 feet. On its left rises conically shaped Big Herdsman of Etive, guarding the entrance to the glen. Away to the right is the Devils Staircase, a series of hairpin bends on an old military road leading to Kinlochleven. A flat topped rock, The Study, also nearby, is said to pinpoint the head of Glen Coe. From this vantage point excellent views of the Three Sisters can be seen. |
