In the file manager scroll towards the bottom of the page, till you see this:
Create File Just to the right, you will see 3 radio buttons & this: Create an HTML template Block hot-linkers Blank page Just above this, you will see a text box with index.html in it. Change the word index to whatever you want to name your sig. But make sure you keep the .html. Like this --> sig1.html. You can choose Create an HTML template, which will give you an editing page that looks like this: <<>html> <<>head> <<>meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <<>meta http-equiv="Expires" content="Tue, 01 Jan 2000 12:12:12 GMT"> <<>meta name="author" content="chocolata"> <<>title>chocolata's Page<<>/title> <<>/head> <<>body> <<>/body> <<>/html> Or choose Blank page - my suggestion, since you don't need all of the above for a sig. If you choose blank page, you will need to enter the entire sig1.html, as it erases the index.html from the text box. Then click the GO button. You will be taken to a blank page, ready for you to add your sig codes. Making a sig on a web page is exactly the same as coding a sig in the sigbox. You start with <<>html> and end with <<>/html> If you want your link and vlink colors to work in email or posts, write the code on the _page, _not in the sig box. It has never worked in the sig box. And <<>alink doesn't work for webbys, so just erase it. Write your code on the page like this: <<>body bgcolor="#ffffff" text="#000000" link="#0000ff" vlink="#800000"> NOTE - If you are NOT using a side bar code, the <<>img src= is still the way to code for images. If using a side bar you must use <<>embed src= for images. Put all the things you want in a particular sig, including images, music and jumpboxes, then scroll to the bottom and click on SAVE FILE AND EXIT. After it has been saved, you can view the page and see if it suits you. Scroll to where you see the name of your page: --> sig1.html Over to the right of that you will see this: MCR Del Edit If you need to make changes or corrections, click on edit. You will be back on the edit page. Make your corrections and SAVE FILE AND EXIT. When you are happy with the sig, use goto, show current, and CCP that url. Put it in the embed code in your sig box.
