You will need a gif with a transparent background. You can find a nice selection of flowers on these 2 sites. (kitkat) TY, Mary. Once you've decided on the gif you want, go to a color grabber and make note of one of the lighter colors. Then go to Image Magic. Enter the url for your gif. On the next page, scroll down to the paint option. Enter the color # you got from the color grabber. Select COLOR and RESET from the 2 dropdown boxes. Click in the center of your image. You should have a blank colored square. Go to composite, & comp the gif using OVER. Output and save as a_GIF_. Make a note of the size. Take the composited gif to  Gifworks  Pixelate the image, then crop out a section that has as many of the colors as possible. Resize it to the same size as your original. Pixelate again. Crop out a new section. Resize. Continue to do this until you have a pleasing combination of colors/design. If you look at the image at the top of the page, and past the white lines, you can just see the different colors and design of the pixelation. Once you're happy with it, choose colortile from the effects dropdown. Output and save. CCP the url for your original gif, (the one that still has the transparent background, not the one you composited) into your find box. Grab your pixelated bg and go back to IM. Enter the url for the background, go to composite. Composite the gif using OVERLAY. Note - If you are using a really light colored image, or a gif with white jaggies around it, try multiply. Not as pretty, but will work. You can stop here or finish/frame it any way you'd like - I added a border and did a round rectangle frame.  Example But, I still wasn't happy - too ordinary! Sooooo... I found another flower gif , comp'd it using DstOut.
