Composite dragonflies, CENTER, +0+0, using DstOut. Paint the cutout area using REPLACE, COLOR, FUZZ 9999, color #0036363 Go to EFFECTS - Choose gaussian blur and type 3x3 in txt box. Back to composite and comp the dragonflies, CENTER -4-4, OVER Grab the Dekor Lines from  MsM's misc dings, page 1, to finish the tag. GO to ANNOTATE Use letter o, lower case. NorthWest +0+10 FIll color = #003636 -- Point size = 100 -- No stroke Rotate -20 Transform = FLOP, repeat annotation Transform = FLIP, repeat annotation Transform = FLOP, repeat annotation Transform = ROTATE RIGHT, repeat annotation Transform = FLOP, repeat annotation Transform = FLIP, repeat annotation Transform = FLOP, repeat annotation Flip and then flop image to bring it back to original position.
