At Image Magic, make a 250x250 transparent xc. (Use none in the meta box) Go to draw. Choose RECTANGLE from dropdown. Co-ordinates= +30+20 +220+230 Stroke color=white Stroke size=5 No fill color Click draw. Output as a gif. CCP url and go to Gifworks Click on OPEN IMAGE in 1st dropbox. Next page, paste url of gif. Click FETCH IMAGE. Click on EFFECTS dropbox & choose CLONE. Enter 25 in the textbx. Click ok. Click Output and save as a gif.
