Redux Image Magic You can make a silhouette from any gif with a transparent background. This is the image I used. Enter the url for the image, and scroll to paint functions. Choose RESET, COLORr, color = ?? I used lavender. Add a border or resize a bit. Composite the gif center using DSTOUT. Scoll to paint & paint the cutout area: REPLACE, COLOR, color= #000000. Or try #202020, #303030 If you use any color but black, you can go to composite again, and comp the gif bumpmap. Lastly go to EFFECTS and use median filter at 2x2. This is where this filter comes in real handy for smoothing out the jaggies. Try different colors - here's one with 2 different shades of green. Example Have fun! ŠApril 2, 2006 Club Choco Tutes |
