Add a ghostwhite border of 30x30 Composite bunny CENTER +0+0 - DSTOUT Paint the cutout area - REPLACE, COLOR, FUZZ 9999, Color = #9899c8 Go to EFFECTS - Gaussian blur 10x10 Composite bunny again, CENTER +3+3, change to OVER.
