Snaggers - You are welcome to use the overlays, but do NOT post the images from the directory in ANY groups, webby, Yahoo or MSN! Please share _this_ page.
Redux Image Magic This is another PSP tute converted for webby use. Lady Oz - Diamond Overlay I followed her instructions for the diamond, then made some other shapes and designs. You can find them here . Note - not all will show up against webby's black bg when you click on them. Take it to IM and comp it over an image to see the design. They will work best on medium to darker colored images. The image at the top the page was done with hearts2. Here are a couple more examples: Pink Sails -- Done with the diamond. Classy Dame -- Done with the hearts. Fae & Clovers -- Done with the cutglass. The overlays are easy to use at IM. They resize well, providing you use RESIZE (NOT sample) & CUBIC under the filter dropdown on the resize page. And you must output them as a png, NOT a gif. Decide on your image, and make note of it's width and height. The overlays with an obvious design, like the diamonds & hearts must be resized according to how many times you want it to tile across the image. Tiling by 4 - 8 will give the best results. The others, like the abstract, cutglass, etc, should work fine without resizing. Then just comp the overlay OVER your image, checking the tile across and down box. EXAMPLES: The fae image is 450w x 349h. For this one, I wanted the diamond to tile 5 across and 3 down. I divided 5 into 450 = 90 3 into 349 = 59 (rounded off) I then resized the diamond to 90x59. Comp'd that over the fae image using over, and checking the tile across. Results This one I wanted to tile 8 across and 4 down. 8 into 450 = 56 4 into 349 = 87 I resized the diamond to 56x87.
