ALL players must be known by one of the room owners involved.
Texas Express playing rules will be used. ALTERNATING BREAKS.
For shots when a questionable hit could occur, a neutral person will act as a referee.
Respectable shirt, trousers and foot wear required, NO T-SHIRTS OR ATHLETIC JERSEYS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF A PLAYER IS WEARING ANYTHING THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, A $15.00 ASSESSMENT FEE, PER ITEM, WILL BE CHARGED AND THAT FEE WILL BE PUT INTO THE ADDED MONEY FOR THE YEAR-END TOURNAMENT. IF A PLAYER WILL NOT PAY THE $15.00 ASSESSMENT FEE EVERY MATCH THAT HE OR SHE PLAYS IN, THEIR OPPONENT WILL GET A (2) TWO GAME SPOT.
Un-sportsman like behavior will not be tolerated. No warning will be necessary.
This is for players and spectators. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Tournament director may, without warning, put a shot clock on any match that may be delaying the tournament.

ENTRY FEES:
AA+#'s - $100.00
AA - $80.00
A - $60.00
B+ and below - $35.00
A total of $15.00 from each entry fee will be distributed as follows: $10.00 for table time, $2.00 for “Year-End Tournament” and $3.00 for tournament operation expenses.
SCORING:
AA+#'s will go to seven (7) + 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on.
AA, A and B+ will go to seven (7)
The "A" player that finish the highest will receve a bonus pot equal to $7.00 times the number of "A" players, in addition to any other prize money he or she might win. The other $3.00 from each "A" bonus pot will be held for the Year-End Tournament for "A's".
B+ and below players that finish the highest will receive the bonus pot equal to $5.00 times the number of "B+'s", the B+ and below player that comes in second highest of the B+ and below players will receive a bonus pot equal to $3.00 times the numbers of "B+'s" in addition to any other prize money he or she might win. (If two or more B+ and below players tie for the highest place or the second highest, the money will be split equally.)
To be eligible to play in the Year-End Tournament you must have played in four (4) or more of the regular stops of the 2007-08 CNY 9-Ball Tour.
If any player finishes in the top three (3) places in three (3) tournaments, his or her entry fee and handicap will increase to the next level.
100% of Calcutta to be paid back out.
Players have the option of racking for themselves when breaking.
