How many club groups can I have?

12 Club Limit - Clarification

No username can have more than one club at a time. The 12 club limit is the total number of clubs that can EVER be created by the users of a single box.

One user can own and then discard 12 clubs, one after the other, or six users on a box can each have one club, get rid of it, then create one more. (Of course, users on the box can create new nicknames for clubs too.)

When a club is created, it is added to a list associated with the account on that box. When there are 12 clubs in the list, no more can be created by any user of that box.
